I had a charming stay in the heart of Old San Juan, with a lovely room and a relaxing atmosphere. However, I was disappointed that the rooftop bar was only open on weekends and that the pool area felt a bit worn down. Overall, I'd definitely consider returning for its unique boutique charm.

The staff was friendly, engaging, and made us feel right at home, especially with my son getting to ring the front desk bell.
